Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals Administer medications, treatments, and interventions Provide pain and symptom management Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in on-call rotation as required Qualifications
Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in CO One year nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health, geriatrics or related settings preferred Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability Current CPR certification About Our Line Of Business
