Requirements
Active ARRT + TN state radiation license
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within your modality
About Your Role As a
Travel Neuro IR Technologist , you will be a critical member of a specialized team, assisting in minimally invasive, image‑guided procedures for stroke intervention, aneurysm repair, and other neurovascular treatments. Your expertise in advanced imaging and patient care will directly contribute to life‑saving interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Operate fluoroscopy and biplane imaging systems to assist in neurovascular procedures such as thrombectomies, aneurysm coiling, and carotid stenting.
Ensure precise imaging to guide neurointerventionalists in treating complex cerebrovascular conditions.
Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict radiation safety protocols.
Prepare contrast media, monitor patient responses, and document procedural details.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
