Retain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to quality and improvement initiatives.
Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med‑Surg, Tele, and PCU.
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
Required credentials for specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.
