Responsibilities Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) will provide compassionate, low-acuity private duty care during weekend days. Duties include patient assessment, medication administration, basic wound care, and coordination of home health services.
Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary
TB skin test current within last 12 months
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
