Education
Required: LVN I/II/III - Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program. Preferred: N/A Experience
Required: LVN I – 6 months in a clinical area or successful completion of a KSC LVN Residency program. Required: LVN II – 4-8 years in a clinical area. Required: LVN III – 9+ years in a clinical area. Preferred: N/A License(s)
Required: LVN I/II/III - Current and valid Texas LVN license. Preferred: N/A Special Skills
Required: LVN I/II/III - Able to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population for the assigned clinical area. Required: Computer experience. Preferred: LVN I/II/III - Windows based computer skills. EPIC experience. Other
