Stocking Team Associate
Job Overview
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. The role may also involve operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Base Pay Range $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr
Hourly wage will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation
Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply.
Availability & Employment Type Full‑Time.
Shifts: Overnight.
