Pay Range Base pay: $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr.
Location: Nova Health & Rehab Center, 377 Clonce Street, Weber City, VA 24290.
Position Summary The primary purpose of this job is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community. The LPN must follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
Current CPR certification.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
