Assistant Managers are responsible for running shifts smoothly and efficiently, ensuring Domino's policies are followed by all employees, and producing all products to Domino's standards. Managers should have a general idea of the delivery area and be able to route drivers on deliveries. They must be eligible to deliver orders safely and efficiently, wash dishes, fold boxes, prepare food for daily usage, answer phone calls, take orders, handle money, ensure labels for orders are placed correctly on boxes, and help walk-in and drive-thru customers. Managers must ensure all closing and opening procedures are followed, including but not limited to inventory, bank deposits, and making sure everything is ready for the next day. Background check and driving eligibility MVR required. Additional Information
