Starting yearly starting ranges from $99,000 - $155,000 pending licensure and experience.

Daily Expectations and Duties Overview
Diagnosing and treatment
Performing medical examinations
Administrating or directing health treatment procedures as appropriate
Administrating or directing the administration of MAT and other health treatment procedures as appropriate
Ordering labs or tests as necessary
Consults with the CMO, Medical Director, and other Behavioral Health Providers on treatment of patients to ensure continuity of patient care
Provides timely progress notes and other medical reports on all patients
Assists with developing and/or implementing in-service training programs designed to upgrade staff's knowledge regarding health concerns and new technology in the health care treatment, including substance treatment
Develops policies and procedures regarding medical services and medical components of activities including research, service evaluation and quality assurance in collaboration with the Medical Director
Provides prescriptions for medication within the scope of practice in collaboration with the Medical Director
On an ongoing basis, collaborates with staff of other clinical departments within the Agency to afford a team approach to client care promoting continuity and unified goal setting
Qualifications
Master's degree and completion of accredited Physician Assistant Program required
Current licensure and Certificate of Authority to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Ohio required. DOT Cert. and X-Waiver preferred
BLS & ACLS certification
2+ years' experience in family practice environment preferred
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, but also able to collaborate effectively with other staff members to provide quality patient care
Behavioral health experience desirable
Maintains required training in accordance with the Mainstreaming Addiction Treatment Act (MAT Act)
