Accurately take and process orders and transactions received in person or over the phone. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain product quality standards. Perform workstation duties; operate equipment and clean daily. Assist teammates by being on time, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties. Execute credit transactions, enter orders using computer or touchscreen, make correct monetary change. Manage inventory and complete associated paperwork. Support other restaurant duties as cross‑trained. Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older. Basic math and problem‑solving skills. Verbal, written, and telephonic skills. Motor coordination; ability to quickly make precise movements. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, carrying, pushing, reaching, and use of hand tools. Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts (nights, weekends, emergencies). Bilingual in certain markets (preferred). Non‑exempt, hourly position. Physical Demands & Work Conditions
Standing most tasks, walking short distances, occasional lifting up to 50 lb, carrying up to 30 lb, pushing/pulling dollies, and repetitive hand coordination. Exposure to varying temperatures, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, food odors, dust, and sharp edges. Must meet federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
