We are seeking a dedicated Part‑time Clinical Nurse (RN) specialized in Anti‑Coagulation to join our team in Santa Cruz, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor patients on anti‑coagulation therapy to ensure safety and efficacy.
Administer and educate patients on medication regimens, including INR testing.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
Provide patient education on medication adherence and risk management.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols.
Skills Needed
Current RN license in good standing.
Strong understanding of anti‑coagulation management.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
