Responsibilities
Provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, monitoring vital signs and administering treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Perform assessments, manage ventilators, and respond to emergency situations promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and adaptability.
