Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Employment Details
Full Time or Part Time 3rd Shift
Every Other Weekend Required
PRN/Per Diem Positions Available

Responsibilities
Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long‑term care experience is preferred but not required.
Licensure Requirements
Must have an active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of Connecticut.
