Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and comfort.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with postpartum and neonatal procedures.
Educate new mothers on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in maternal and neonatal care.
Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner.
