American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a MO or compact license and advanced critical care experience.
Responsibilities
Work in the ICU of a hospital environment
Patient population includes critical care, STEMI, and stroke cases
May float between ICU and Telemetry units as needed
Night shift schedule with three 12‑hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:00
Every other weekend required, with flexibility based on staffing needs
No call required
Uses Meditech EMR; prior experience preferred but ability to learn is required
Navy blue scrubs are required
Block scheduling over weekends may be possible but not guaranteed
First‑time travelers are accepted if experience criteria are met
Requirements
Active MO or Compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required; first‑time travelers must have at least 2 years in a Level 1 Center
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Experience with Impella, balloon pump, stroke care, and STEMI care required
Two professional references are required for consideration
