Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, and that our manufacturing processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes for all stages of manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products
Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met consistently
Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures, including APQP, PPAP, IATF, PFMEA, and Control Plans
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality
Work with suppliers to ensure that all materials meet our quality standards
Train and mentor other team members on quality control processes and procedures
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects
Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, including APQP, PPAP, IATF, PFMEA, and Control Plans
Experience with statistical process control and data analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
