Job Details We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, professional, and highly innovative environment. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing the processes that drive our production. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, Project Management, Product Development, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement process strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and maintain product quality.
Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes for product development.
Use AutoCAD and other engineering software to create process maps, flow diagrams, and equipment layouts.
Lead project management efforts to ensure the timely and successful completion of manufacturing projects.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures, and work closely with the quality team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing process failures and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.
Continuously monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, predict future issues, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role within the Manufacturing industry.
Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, Project Management, Product Development, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Improvement.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful manufacturing projects.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
Certification in Six Sigma or a similar continuous improvement methodology is preferred.
