Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ARMO Electromechanical Tech position, located in Midland, TX. The primary responsibilities include performing maintenance and technical support services for electromechanical equipment. Daily tasks involve testing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance. The individual will maintain equipment records, inspect parts for quality, and follow precise operating procedures to meet company standards.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical equipment.
Proficiency in testing, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in industrial or energy environments.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and technical aptitude.
Effective team collaboration and communication abilities.
Previous experience working in an oilfield or industrial setting is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or degrees preferred.
Location: Midland, TX Salary: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00
