Heavy Equipment Shop/Field Mechanic Technician t
to join our team in Evergreen, CO. The role involves servicing and repairing heavy civil construction equipment and supporting operations across Colorado and surrounding states. Pay Range
$25.00/hr – $42.00/hr (paid weekly). Pay is based on skills and experience. Responsibilities
Service and perform repairs on all construction equipment and other support equipment. Maintain service, repair, and maintenance records. Perform tasks from verbal/written instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow employees. Keep work area clean and orderly. Complete daily work assignments in a timely fashion. Perform diagnostics and repairs on the electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems of various heavy equipment. Perform repairs including welding and fabrication on machine attachments and components. Accurately document and communicate all repairs with the supervisor. Qualifications
Experience in heavy equipment diagnostics and repairs—electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical preferred; some form of education or extensive background required. Must have own tools. Moderate computer skills in Cat ET, John Deere Service Advisor, Outlook, and Internet. Must have a clean motor vehicle record and a driver’s license for medium duty mechanics trucks; a Class B CDL is not required but a Class B CDL is necessary to drive heavy duty mechanics trucks of location.
