As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Bancroft NeuroRehab you’ll provide a wide array of residential rehabilitation options to meet the needs of adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Bring Out the Best in You and Those We Serve Bancroft’s community-based residences for people with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions, fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring across the Cherry Hill, Mt Laurel, and Voorhees areas. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including days, evenings, and overnights.

Empower individuals to develop skills for daily life

Support the personal growth of the people we serve

Encourage independence through personalized plans of care

Plan events and outings to build connections within the community

Communicate with residents’ families and guardians

Qualifications

Are 18 years of age or older

Possess a high school diploma or GED

Have a current driver’s license in good standing

Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills

Have the ability and willingness to work weekends

The current hiring range for this position is: $18.78-$19.16 per hour.
