Job Details Responsibilities

Contribute to the mechanical design process for new construction and renovation projects, with exposure to mission-critical facilities

Assist with conceptual designs, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, and energy modeling

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure code compliance, coordination, and constructability

Support construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits

Help track project quality, schedule, and budget requirements

Engage with clients to understand design needs and contribute to solution development

Continue building technical and project management skills while working closely with senior engineers

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)

3-5 years of experience in the MEP industry

EIT certification required; PE license is a plus (or actively pursuing licensure)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines

Preferred

Revit experience

Interest in community-centered design
