HSE Site Engineer / Technician (m/f/d) – Industrial Construction Project | Stade, Germany We are supporting a leading international industrial construction company delivering a major LNG terminal project in Stade, Germany. The organisation is part of a global construction group with tens of thousands of employees worldwide, operating across 30+ countries and delivering complex industrial and infrastructure projects.

To strengthen the on-site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team, we are currently looking for a HSE Administrative Officer (m/f/d) to join the project at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities As part of the HSE team, you will play a key administrative and coordination role, ensuring the effective management, traceability, and compliance of all HSE-related documentation and processes on a large industrial construction site.

Administration, maintenance, and continuous updating of HSE system records and files, including accident and incident reports, training and induction documentation, inspection and audit reports, permits, authorisations, and certifications.

Supporting the preparation and distribution of regular HSE performance and compliance reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

Monitoring and controlling stock levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), HSE materials, and consumables.

Coordinating logistics for HSE training sessions, inductions, and prevention campaigns, including registrations, notifications, and material delivery.

Receiving, processing, filing, and archiving documentation related to HSE regulations, audits, and certifications.

Preparing Toolbox Talk (TBT) documentation and compiling lessons learned.

Assisting in the organisation of HSE meetings, committees, and workshops.

Managing internal and external HSE-related correspondence and communication.

Digitalising, structuring, and classifying documents to ensure full traceability and fast access.

Supporting the administrative follow-up of corrective and preventive actions resulting from internal and external audits or inspections.

Monitoring and reporting compliance with HSE training and competency programmes.

Assisting with the administration and updating of inspection records, work permits, and HSE-related authorisations.

Your Profile

Completed commercial, administrative, or technical training, preferably with exposure to occupational health and safety, or a comparable qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within construction, industrial, or technical environments.

Very good English skills are mandatory (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of HSE regulations and standards is an advantage.

Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident communicator with a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in an international environment.
