Responsibilities
Ensure excellent member service for every member and transaction.
Conduct member interviews to uncover member needs and improve their overall financial situation.
Process account openings and onboarding for new members.
Perform account maintenance, changes, and servicing on existing accounts.
Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Cross‑sell additional products and services to fit member needs.
Meet or exceed sales goals for new members, checking accounts, and loan bookings.
Assist branch team members with referrals and community engagement outreach.
Back‑up teller line and assist with lobby member flow.
Participate in branch opening/closing and maintain compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of member financial information.
Travel to other branches as required.
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Retail banking or previous branch experience preferred.
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays.
Strong attention to detail in a high‑volume environment.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Highly ethical and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Technologically proficient.
