We are seeking a

Senior Nutraceutical Formulator

to lead the development of innovative dietary supplements across our organization. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing formulations for stability, bioavailability, and manufacturability, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless production. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and create cutting‑edge solutions in the nutraceutical space. Responsibilities

Lead the development of new nutraceutical formulations, primarily softgels, capsules, tablets and execute full technical transfer processes to scale formulations into commercial manufacturing Design and optimize formulations for stability, bioavailability, and manufacturability, leveraging hands‑on manufacturing experience to identify process efficiencies, improve scale‑up performance, and support smoother production operations Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to ensure successful scale‑up and manufacturing Evaluate raw materials and excipients for new product development Provide technical support for existing products and troubleshoot formulation challenges Partner with customers to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions Document development work and maintain detailed formulation records Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical formulation Extensive experience with softgel formulation and manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of excipients, processing aids, and their applications Demonstrated success in developing commercially viable products Thorough understanding of cGMP requirements and FDA regulations Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong communication and project management abilities Preferred Qualifications
