Overview
Join GEICO as an Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster in North Atlanta, GA. In this role you will use your technical knowledge and customer service skills to settle automobile claims accurately and promptly while handling complex cases.
Base Pay Range $32.00/hr – $40.00/hr
Responsibilities • Review accident reports, vehicle damage assessments, and customer details to determine claim validity.
• Utilize state and federal regulations, underwriting guidelines, and company policies to settle claims within established timelines.
• Communicate claim outcomes to customers, agents, and repair facilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation throughout the claims process.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry practices and GEICO benefits, such as the GEICO Flex program.
Qualifications & Skills
Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License (required)
Valid driver’s license with at least 3 consecutive years of clean driving record and ability to maintain state/federal certifications
Willingness to be flexible with primary work location – can work remotely, in the field, or in-office
Solid computer proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and strong multi‑tasking skills
Strong attention to detail, decision-making, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 12 months of auto damage claim experience and proven success in customer service and claims settlement
