Responsibilities In this role you will serve as a liaison between the sales department and the front desk to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience at our hotel in addition to attracting new guests to increase our revenue. You will respond to guest inquiries, contact potential new clients, input group reservations, rooming lists, and assist with every aspect of the group’s experience with the hotel.

Requirements

Previous sales and catering experience in a brand or luxury hotel establishment is ideal

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral from

Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Comprehension of technical application of reservations system

Detail-oriented, effectively use social media for postings and updates and market hotel events

Ability to master basic selling techniques

Pay is $23.50-$25.50, depending on experience.
