Lead Generation Team.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential customers interested in home improvement projects within a retail environment. Your primary focus will be generating high-quality leads within a retail setting that support sales efforts and drive overall business success.

ON-SITE, HANDS-ON position!

Responsibilities

Implement effective lead generation strategies, including face-to-face marketing.

Identify and target potential customers through market research and data analysis.

Screen and qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, project scope, and decision-making authority.

Prioritize leads and assign them to the appropriate sales team members.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and insights to close deals.

Assist in developing sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

A passion for helping others

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High School Diploma or GED required
