Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza
Domino’s Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager to join our team! This opportunity is for a full‑time position.
This role is for leaders – assistant managers lead daily operations, cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the tone and example for the store and must be on your game 100% of the time, helping lead your team to success.
Responsibilities
Perform all duties of the Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver
Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
Responsible for all store operations
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (you even have to smile when you answer the phone)
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards

Experience leading a team; manage a staff of 3 to 30 people

Flexible schedule
At least 18 years old
Previous experience in the food‑service industry an asset
Previous supervisor and/or management experience an asset
18 Years or Older
