Why We Need You To assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department and assist customers on the store floor as needed. Duties include bagging groceries, carrying groceries for customers, maintaining store cleanliness, retrieving carts, running price checks, assisting with go‑backs, check stand upkeep, and removing waste.
Qualifications & Skills
Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lb (often 45 lb, occasionally 60 lb).
Additional Desired Skills
Basic PC/Outlook skills
