Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition appropriately.
Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support.
Provide patient/family education tailored to age, culture, and circumstance.
Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel; precept student nurses and new hires.
