Job Location: Chesterfield, MO, USA, 63017
Work Model: Onsite | Shift: M-F start 8:00am Rotational weekend work may be required. Employment Type: Temporary | FT/PT: Full-Time | Estimated Duration: 6 months | Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $33.00
Required Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, biology, horticulture, or other life sciences.
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Experience growing plants in controlled environments; commercial greenhouse experience is valuable.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in elevated temperatures when needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Willingness to work rotating weekends when required.
Additional Requirements
Drug screen & criminal background check will be required.
Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
Responsibilities
Sow, tend, and transplant plants in controlled environments.
Perform regular plant care including watering, trimming, and monitoring.
Harvest and process seeds and plants as directed.
Maintain cleanliness of greenhouse and growth chamber areas.
Follow detailed protocols and contribute to a high-quality research environment.
