Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site Night Auditor role located in Tucson, AZ. The Night Auditor will manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling reception responsibilities, processing guest check‑ins and check‑outs, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries. The role also includes financial reconciliation tasks such as balancing accounts and managing cash transactions, as well as ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing any immediate needs during the night shift.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Cash Handling and financial reconciliation processes
Attention to detail and great problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work effectively during overnight shifts and in a team setting
Bachelor’s degree or relevant hospitality experience is a plus
