Full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager located in Camden, NJ

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. The role also requires coordinating with various teams across the company to ensure customer satisfaction and align with business objectives.

Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management

Proficiency in Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal Communication skills

Ability to develop and implement Competitive Analysis, Market Research, and Risk Assessment strategies

Excellent skills in Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Client Engagement

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Sales Reporting software

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the manufacturing or metal technology industry is a plus
