Job Summary
Cyber Mesa Computer Systems Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to support accurate and timely payroll processing. This full-time role combines coordination and compliance support in a professional, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities
Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing
Enter, verify, and maintain employee payroll data
Review timesheets, attendance records, and pay adjustments
Support payroll tax filings, deductions, and benefit contributions
Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
Maintain confidential payroll records in compliance with regulations
Assist with audits, reporting, and payroll reconciliations
Coordinate with HR and accounting teams as needed
Qualifications
1+ year of payroll, accounting, or administrative experience
Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping software
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong communication and organizational skills
