As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center, ensuring each patient feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
Position Details
Location: Arlington, VA
Type: Full time
Schedule: Weekdays – Monday/Wednesday/Friday (6:30 am–3:00 pm), Tuesday/Thursday (10:30 am–7:00 pm)
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (depends on experience)

Responsibilities
Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointments during check‑out.
Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
Maintain regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and the business development team.
Collect co‑pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Insurance verification experience.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of medical office experience.
