Qualifications
Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
Current CPR or BCLS certification.
Preferred BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP certification.
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Ideal candidates are efficient, detail‑oriented, compassionate, and sensitive to the needs of critically ill infants and families.
