We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse - Post Surgical PACU in Gregory, Texas.
Assess and monitor patients' recovery status post-surgery, providing compassionate care and ensuring safety.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Collaborate with surgical teams to develop and update patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
