How You'll Contribute The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.

Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.

Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.

Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.

Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

What We're Looking For This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and a graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing. Additional requirements include:

Minimum six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

One year of rehab or acute care experience preferred.

CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. CRRN preferred.
