About the Position TravelNurseSource, in partnership with Wayward Medical Staffing, seeks a qualified Medical‑Surgical RN to work in the Stockbridge, GA 30281 area. The role involves providing acute patient care in a fast‑paced, 3‑day per week schedule.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based nursing care to medical‑surgical patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Adhere to institutional policies, safety protocols, and evidence‑based standards.
Support patient and family education regarding care and discharge planning.
Maintain up‑to‑date licensure, certifications, and continuing education credits.
Qualifications Essential clinical credentials and experiences:
Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
3+ years of experience in a medical‑surgical environment.
Strong documentation skills and clinical judgment.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Flexibility to adhere to a 3‑day per week shift schedule.
Requirements for Onboarding
BLS certification.
CEU reminder/collection.
Completion of Core Mandatory Parts I, II (Nursing), and III.
