Family Medicine
physician with
Sports Medicine fellowship to join our strong network of FM/SM physicians within our medical groups.

Responsibilities
Provide Primary Care and Sports Medicine (65% & 35% respectively)
Versed in Procedures; Proficiency in Splinting and Casting
Ultrasound In-House; On-Site Imaging and Physical Therapy
Commitment to providing excellent team-oriented care
100% Outpatient with very minimal call
Community involvement in Sporting events
Excellent Compensation and Benefits Package
