Physical Therapist Position – Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation
Elevate your physical therapist career with us! Lacey Post Acute & Rehab offers an opportunity to join the in‑house therapy team at our 120‑bed skilled nursing facility in Lacey, WA. We provide around‑the‑clock skilled nursing in a residential setting, with an outdoor recreation area, patio garden, rehab gym, beauty/barber shop, library, pastoral support, and transportation services.
Compensation Base pay range:
$42.00/hr – $50.00/hr . Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Additional benefits include flexibility and potential variations above the listed range.

Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university
Valid Physical Therapy license for state practice
Conduct physical therapy assessments of referred patients, providing direct patient care and evaluating medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential
Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC; prior experience not required)
CPR certification
