We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced general dentistry clinic on Mondays and Fridays with potential for additional per diem shifts. Duties
Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify oral health issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
Providing high-quality preventative care, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Utilizing advanced dental technology, Eaglesoft, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment outcomes.
Collaborating with our team of dentists and dental assistants to provide four-handed dentistry, ensuring seamless communication and efficient treatment processes.
Monitoring patients' vital signs and documenting medical histories to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each patient's oral health.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation to support patient care and billing processes.
Staying current with the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices, including those related to Eaglesoft software.
Experience The ideal candidate will have a degree in dental hygiene and relevant experience working in a dental clinic setting. Prior experience with Eaglesoft software is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
