The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Perring Parkway is looking for a PTA to fill a full‑time position. You will be part of an esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.
Responsibilities You will implement care and interventions to improve patients’ mobility, using exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. You’ll provide exercise instruction, demonstrate empathy, and document treatment outcomes to enhance patients’ physical abilities and well‑being.
Qualifications
An active state PTA license is required.
Unlimited employee referral bonus up to $1,000 each.
Multiple locations offered for PRN coverage, potential full‑time opportunity at additional sites.
This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.

How does corporate support the therapists on the floors? Most Regional Directors and corporate members are therapists themselves. They understand Medicare and insurance guidelines and collaborate directly with each team member to ensure a well‑supported work environment.
What type of mentorship or support do you provide for new grads? We offer a comprehensive mentorship program from day one, pairing you with an experienced therapist to guide you through documentation, evaluations, treatment methods, and more.
Salary $34 – $39 per hour.
