What You’ll Do
Provide individual and/or family therapy to children and adolescents using evidence‑based and creative interventions
Conduct assessments, create and update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team and community partners
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
Bring your creativity and compassion to our mission of delivering quality, accessible mental health care
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT)
Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
Experience working with children, teens, and families preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort working with diverse populations
Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
A collaborative spirit and a passion for helping young people thrive
