$37.00/hr - $41.00/hr Available Shifts
FT & PT Mid Shift – 3 PM – 11:30 PM FT & PT Night Shift – 11 PM – 7:30 AM Pay, Benefits & Perks of Registered Nurse (RN)
$12,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time qualifying candidates! Pay Rate: Earn $37 to $41 per hour based on experience! Shift Differentials Paid Time Off (PTO+) hours added to your balance; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! Earn PTO for every quarter of perfect attendance 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday Up to $5,000 in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurance Fun environment with contests and employee appreciation events every week Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN)
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse (RN)
