A valued member of our team will provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to medically fragile infants, children and adolescents in their homes, supporting the assembled care plan from physicians and allied personnel.

$40,000 – $75,000 Job Duties
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments and therapies. Coordinate care with other health professionals. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Support dual shift patterns – full‑time and part‑time (days, nights, weekends). Benefits
