Role Mission The Brand Multi‑Media Content Producer drives content creation and creative output for Rhodes & Esperanza Homes. This hands‑on creative role produces video, photography, design, and branded collateral that brings our brand platform to life and elevates customer experience across digital and physical environments. This role is part storyteller, part designer, part producer creating high‑quality content that showcases our homes, communities, customers, and experience.

Accountabilities Content Production

Shoot & edit video for brand, community, model home, and testimonial content

Capture photography for communities, events, and lifestyle storytelling

Produce content for digital, social, sales, recruiting, and corporate channels

Creative Design & Asset Development

Develop graphics, print materials, signage, flyers, and sales collateral

Maintain brand templates, creative library, and brand asset system

Support model home experience materials + design studio brand displays

Campaign & Brand Support

Support execution of brand campaigns & seasonal content

Work with internal partners on creative needs

Produce assets for traditional media - billboards, print, radio, video scripts

Content Planning & Collaboration

Partner with Brand Director and Brand Communications Manager on content calendar

Maintain asset management and ensure team access to media libraries

Collaborate with photographers, freelancers, and media partners as needed

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years' experience in creative production (graphic design + video required)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience producing brand, lifestyle, or community content

Strong storytelling and visual design sensibility

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail brand content experience

Drone experience/certification a plus

Motion graphics experience a plus (After Effects, animation tools)
