Job Summary The Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers, and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests.

Basic Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required.
No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities
Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, and ensure proper storage of goods.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, attendance, and other relevant data.
Assist with paperwork, answer phones, and provide general administrative support to the operations manager.
Address client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and other relevant guidelines.
Manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain an organized workspace.
Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, when interacting with colleagues and vendors.
Ensure accuracy in processing paperwork, tracking inventory, and assisting with operations.
Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, inventory management, and communication.
Additional Information A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
