Concierge or Functional & Integrative Medicine

We are recruiting a

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

for a premium, patient-first primary care model that welcomes providers from

two clinical pathways :

Pathway 1 — Concierge Primary Care Providers experienced in high-touch, accessible, personalized care who want to practice with a

smaller patient panel and more time per patient .

Pathway 2 — Functional & Integrative Care Providers who apply

root-cause, systems-based, and preventive medicine approaches .

IFM certification is preferred , but other functional/integrative training is highly valued.

This role is built for clinicians who value

proactive prevention, advanced diagnostics, longevity-focused care, and meaningful patient relationships .

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

comprehensive, patient-centered primary care

in a concierge model

Conduct

detailed annual wellness exams, assessments, and personalized care planning

Apply

functional and/or integrative medicine principles

when clinically appropriate

Maintain

timely follow-ups and ongoing patient/member communication

Coordinate care with specialists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Provide

after-hours patient/member support

when required

Support clinic staff and operations with a

team-first mindset

Contribute to continuous improvement of the

patient/member care experience

Requirements & Qualifications

NP or PA degree required

(Master’s preferred)

Licensed in the state of Virginia

or eligible to obtain

3–5+ years of primary care clinical experience required

Experience in

concierge medicine OR functional/integrative care

(both a major plus)

IFM certification preferred

for functional track

Strong clinical judgment and

excellent diagnostic ability

Outstanding communication skills

(written and verbal)

Compassionate bedside manner and a commitment to

patient advocacy and evidence-based care

Passion for

preventive, innovative, and precision-focused medicine
