Assistant Manager
Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people.
Positive attitude and strong motivation.
A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Reliable, insured vehicle required.
Great role model, punctual, with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
Must be at least 18 years old.
